Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Tracking information provided
Free Shipping (Orders âŹ50+)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Available for orders of âŹ50 or more
Shipping Areas
We ship globally, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. Please contact us at [email protected] if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery for most items.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons and in compliance with legal regulations, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened seed packages
- Live plants from these categories:
- Apple trees (ApfelbÀume) and cherry trees (KirschbÀume)
- Berry fruits (Beerenobst) and kiwis
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of receipt
- Return slip must be included (will be provided after approval)
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Request a Return

Our customer service will process your request within 2 business days and send you return instructions along with a return slip if applicable.
Step 3: Ship Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging and include the return slip. Send your package to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your package, we’ll inspect the items. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing
Note: Shipping costs are only refunded for incorrect or damaged items.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
- If the new item costs more, we’ll charge the difference
- If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item/package. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.
